Okay, if Mr. George (owner of Indy Motorspeedway) and Mr. Ecclestone (owner of F1) would get their heads out of their asses, we can have 2 North American races.
But sadly, only one..Canada, no USA. Qualifying starts at a NORMAL morning hour of 10am PST Saturday. So we can actually wakeup and watch it live with some coffee

  Get those picks in.

Perhaps people aren't finding the thread but thought I'd bump it up as today is practice day in Canada. Qualifying is tomorrow (10am PST).

Question is whether it's gonna rain. If so and the cars are competitively close, then I have to give it to the Finn...they love driving in the rain and muck. But I don't think it's gonna rain, at least not hard enough to make a huge difference.

The beemers really should be in their element in Canada with the super fast track...so todays practice results are a bit surprising. Can't quite tell if they're sandbagging or there's something not quite right with the setup. Maybe the mechanics are getting back at Robert for repeatedly saying the Monaco setup was crap. <shrug>
Ok - time to go.
Lewis Hamilton - Meister of the Race
Robert Kubica - Frau of the Race
Kimi Raikkonen - Kinder of the Race

Yesterday they ran really strong, unlike what they do in every other practice I've watched. I'm guessing they went back to testing situations and setups in the last practice, as they have been all year. I wouldn't read much into it.
