A new idea was brought up at the last e-board meeting about a different type of end-of-year banquet, in which we could host it at a golf course and incorporate a round of golf before dinner/awards. The golf component would be a four-ball scramble with potential opportunities to buy mulligans or throws. This would be a fun event for the novice golfer to the single-digit handicapper.
If you don't golf, the awards/banquet would be similar to previous years and hosted at the club.
We are looking for members' feedback to see how many would potentially be interested in this new banquet.

Re: Banquet Idea–Votes Needed
I do like the idea of playing golf, however 18 holes is 3 to 4 hours with carts which is more than I could comfortably do.
Maybe 9 holes foursome best ball might be a good compromise?
