We are here for the Pro ... and were wondering where near El Toro one might find some race fuel ... oxygenated up to 107-108 octane ... or otherwise up to 100 octane.

David Grey (friend of mine) is signed up in ES ... has a Miata but it is in Calgary ... so he needs a co-drive ... someone want a tire warmer? He is flying there.

We are still looking for some co-drive for David at San Diego and at El Toro ... anyone? Anything? I'm hoping David will get on here and introduce himself so you have a better idea of who he is etc. He is a normal guy - middle-aged, decent driver and I have never seen him abuse or break anything on ...

Not quite entirely a flip flop.... I ran on Thurs/Fri last year in AS .... and this year Thurs./Fri. in BS since they changed the classes around. There might be others.

This past week I had a gig doing test drives for Chrysler/Fiat at the Calgary Car Show (new cars). As it turned out, I was happy to find out I was assigned the Fiat 500 with the sport pkg (stiffer springs, shocks, raspier exhaust, 6-speed auto with Sport mode....manual would've been nicer but ... et...

We use a National style grid up here in Calgary otherwise even with very few people the "grid" becomes disorganized and frustrating ... but it takes a bit of coaxing to get it done as a part of course layout. Mind you I also have it drawn in on the course map so everyone knows where it is ...

yeah......I did not even bother to try this year - for reasons stated above. So no pros at all. Funny thing, I"d prefer to run pros....

oh well.....that also means I save time/money - might as well look on the bright side.
