Hello all, not sure who to ask on this matter. When I went to register for this Sunday's event on MotorsportReg, I realized that the credit card on file had since expired, when I went to click the "change payment" button, I accidentally hit the charge button, and now I am registered for the event on an expired CC. Should I cancel my registration and re-enter? MSR should to contact my "regional representative" via email. It's been two days now and I have not heard back from anyone...

It looks to me like the payment went through. But I'm not the financial guy so not that used to those reports. Maybe KJ will see this and check. Can you check your CC account to see if it was paid? Since online payment is optional (you get the same price as long as you pre-register), you can just pay at the event with check or cash if it didn't actually go through.

Your charge went through successfully. You should be able to edit your charge cards in "my account" to update the expiration date.Jake Stumph wrote:Hello all, not sure who to ask on this matter.
