With a 9:00am start time, you should have 1st run group Tech workers available at 9:00am (or slightly before). With your time stated time slot, you have effectively eliminated all 1st run group drivers from pool of available volunteers, and with only two worker slots, potentially any morning driver who wishes to walk the course before driving.
