Got the win at last weekends Optima Ultimate Street Car event!

This is the third year I've been competing with the Optima Ultimate Street Car series. I've podiumed in the GTV class many times and was 3rd at the three qualifying events I ran in 2017. But this past weekend I finally won the class! There are 5 different segments you earn points on but it was my killer autocross run (1st in class) that got me the event win!

I owe most of the development in my autocross skills to Cal Club with special thanks to Tom Berry. I was repping the club with my 2017 championship jacket most of the weekend due to the cold weather. The cold made me thankful to be on Falken's for the autocross!

We got 10 runs total and I was trailing in 2nd all day until my last run where I managed to drop .7 out of nowhere. Still not a perfect run but I wanted to share here:

PS. Useless fun fact. I placed 9th overall for all classes in the event with raw time. According to my imprecise math I would of been top PAX

Overall, we had quite a few Cal Club members in attendance who performed very well!
