I've updated the contacts page http://www.solo2.com/contacts.asp to clearly define the roles between the two entities:

• Solo Committee (aka the committee)
• Executive Board (aka E-Board)

Also I display the club affiliation for the E-Board members and the committee heads (Chair,Asst Chair, Trsr) to show the bi-partsanship this club is all about! :barf: (little sarcasm to start off the weekend)

Appreciate what you did, but it's a little inaccurate. First, the Exec Board is: "The Executive Board includes the current Chairmen,
Treasurer, Secretary, and Chairmen of the existing Sub-Committees (we have 2, Rules and Communication). It also includes the past CSCC Regional SOLO Committee Chairman and any Special Activity Chairmen as recognized by the current CSCC Regional SOLO Chairman." Some of the people you list don't technically fit, but I suppose could be considered Special Activity Chairmen. The Chair, Asst Chair and Treasurer should be in the Exec section, not the Committee section. The Committee is really only the voting people, i.e. the club reps. I think the No$ rep is Tom Phillips, Renee can't be Chair and a club rep. Also, the "committee" doesn't appoint, only the Chair. Other than that, it's perfect

Technically I just "assist" Will. I really had nothing to do with the overall design of the site. I just update a few HTML pages here and there. Though setting up PayPal was a bit tricky But if you insist! Also updated the headings for Solo Committee.

Being that the previous secretary resigned mid-year, Tom is currently the "interim" until someone new is appointed. I'll update the page. Happy Glenn??

Contacts updated with new elected officials for 2009. The region would like to thank Renee Angel for her 2yrs of service for our region and she will serve another position on the E-board she's done before and that is "Secretary", while Tom Phillips still retains club rep role for No$.

Other club reps have been updated.

From last night's committee meeting:

Page updated: SVTOA (all 6 members) merging into SCNAX, thus SVTOA no longer exists as hosting club. The club rep for SVTOA on behalf of all members made the request, Committee approved, receiving club rep (SCNAX) accepted the new members.

Also Lily Liu (SCNAX club rep) is now an additional Novice Coordinator to help our Leonard Cachola (CASOC).

New No$ rep - Jayson Woodruff (albeit a surprise to him when Renee told him).

And good to see Renee back at the meeting as secretary taking notes. You'll fight it and beat the C!

The region thanks the outgoing chair for rules committee (PSCC member Curt Luther) for his service and welcome him back again at any time. In the meantime, fellow PSCC member (Ken Lord) has been appointed effective immediately by the board as the 2010 Rules Committee Chairman.
