Anyone know an attorney experienced in assisting a company with obtaining CARB certification for a company's product. Someone at my firm was asking for a referral.

You could call Brian Goodwin, owner of Good-Win Racing in San Diego and an autocrosser. He's an attorney and has probably some experience with CARB.
