That's a very nice site & not to "stuffy" like most accounting stuff. I'd go even more simple than that.

Seems like we have a good plan, thank's all.

Stacey's firm site looks similar.
Its a law firm. http://www.tharpe-howell.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Here is Stacey's page on the main site... http://www.tharpe-howell.com/Attorney_48.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The newsletters, featured profiles, and recent wins give excuses for the firm to send the link out to client and prospective client lists. Its a soft contact, not a sales pitch, just your friendly lawyers keeping you abreast of current topics in the field and what we're up to. :)

on a completely unrelated note:

I'd like an opportunity to talk to your wife sometime, steve. I'd really like to get her input on her impression of her field of work.

when's the next auto-x she plans to attend?.. :)

It appears that way but it creates some really really really nasty HTML code that may be slow loading and favor Internet Explorer, breaking in other browsers. Tread carefully with fancy "does it all" tools.

Will's right on. Even purpose-built software like Dreamweaver (which I use) adds some extraneous code that can slow things down a bit. Using something like Word to create Web pages is the last thing I'd do.

Microsoft's record when it comes to software that creates -- or tries to create -- Web pages is pretty dismal. Non-compliant code was a big problem early on; doesn't sound like it's changed much.
