Hey, another event where the difference between places 1-9 was around 2.3 sec. That makes three straight events like that. I had a blast with all you guys. I think the core of us have developed into a pretty tight group. Tom, great driving, as usual. It's amazing what you do ith that POS of yours. ;) Adrian and Mike, you guys have kept the pressure on Tom and made things interesting. Leonard, I think you win the prize for most improved driver. You've made a big leap since I first started in April, and now you're right there with the big boys. Tyson and Greg, you guys have done very well when you've been able to make it. Hopefully we'll see more of you guys in 09. BTW, Greg, clutch final run yesterday! Rev. Dr. Luther, you were competitive for most races, but it seems like you were overachieving given your hardware. Sounds like you're looking for a new source of trouble.
As for me, I'm just going to keep chipping away at all your times and trying to improve the skillz in Moby, then hopefully I'll be ready to contend once I get something more competitive underneath me. Unfortunately, that won't be for 11 mos., five days and 18 hours. I will be getting a set of Star Specs within the next month or so, and I'm hoping that'll shave some time off too.
Great way to end the year, and I'm really looking forward to competing with all of you next year!

I agree, Leonard has really improved, I think teaching helped a bunch.Kurt Rahn wrote: Leonard, I think you win the prize for most improved driver. You've made a big leap since I first started in April, and now you're right there with the big boys.

Re: SK2
So far it looks like Karen and I will be joining the SK2 lot next season ... looking forward to fighting it out with Leonard and the others that will be slightly out of touch with Tom & Co. Leornard being handicapped with the "Ryan Buetzer Index."
