Attention: Points Card Renewals via U.S. Mail
I will be on vacation (wouldn't really call it that as I'm visiting mom in NYC) starting on X-mas day and return Mon. night Jan 5th. Thus any points card applications sent using method #2 (application, envelope, stamp via U.S. Mail) will be sitting in my mailbox til I get back. And since I get in around midnight, don't expect me to process them til the next day (Tues night).
But if you apply via method #1 (PayPal) then I will be processing those online via some internet cafe somewhere.
Merry X-mas & Happy New Year

Not as good as Verizon, I agree ... but better then a lot of others, imo. For me ... nice to have "everything" available on my iPhone, including all of those applications, camera, map/directions, iPod, bubble level, videos, etc ... so I don't have to have my laptop with me ... especially when I'm on the road or at work ... but it's not the most convenient Phone. When I pull the device out of my pocket I often accidentally touch the wrong button, ie. Ignore instead of Answer!

When the iPhone moves/adds Verizon in 2010, I'll get one. Unless Deathstar Wireless can prove the reception AROUND the outside of my house has been improved so it actually exists. Verizon is good enough I can use my phone inside my house. With AT&T, no signal until I walked 75 feet into the cul de sac and it was sketchy there.

might have something to do with your location: "wrong side of the tracks"Bob Beamesderfer wrote:When the iPhone moves/adds Verizon in 2010, I'll get one. Actually, there's a "hole" about a mile in diameter in the older part of Corona that has marginal signal strength for T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint.

Another classic thread showing how it goes off-topic in less than 3 posts! ;) Besides, I wouldn't want to be conducting club business via my cell phone.

Hey, I feel for you. I spent 12 days at my parents and the best I could do is go the library get 30 minutes on a computer. It sucked. Trying to do anything complicated even with an iPhone isn't ideal.Giovanni Jaramillo wrote:Another classic thread showing how it goes off-topic in less than 3 posts! ;) Besides, I wouldn't want to be conducting club business via my cell phone.
