Now that we can attach pics, here's the before picture. The day I started Weight Watchers, two years and 210lbs ago:


Notice the lack of jaw and cheek bones. You can't see the six pack, no not the abs, I'm talking 'bout the six pack of hot dogs on the back of my neck, but the back of the neck does stick out in this pic. That look on my face is the withdrawl from not having fast food or Coca Cola for 18 hours...
