Non technical books on Racing/Drivers

Just finished the unfair advantage Mark Donohue, I guess it was hard to find for a while & now is available on Amazon. It's a documentary type book, in first person of his racing career. EZ read & if you followed any US racing late 60's early to mid 70's it's interesting.

I'd like suggestions if anyone else has read a good non/tech book lately.

There is also a compilation book of the "best," "greatest" racing stories ... but I can't find it at the moment ... that's an exciting look back at the "good old days."

Check out the Speed Secret books if you haven't already ... although they're "technical."

A similar good read is "In like a lamb, out like a lion" by the late Tom Grimshaw which details the career of American rally driver John Buffum.

I picked up a copy of Jackie Stewart's book from Bookman in Orange. Haven't started it yet.

Feynman is quite the character.

I read and really enjoyed "The world without us," which examines how the planet would likely change if mankind all vanished.

I thought "Race To Win", by Derek Daly was a great book. A lot of info about his history, and he gets into the mental racing game.

"Racing To Win", by Joe Gibbs was OK, but very dry, I would not spend money on this one.
