Raspberry Smoothie.

Sorry, it's not as exciting as you all thought...
But apparently it was quite amusing.

Picture a large raspberry smoothie hitting the floor and exploding across a full courtroom.

I just hope Tom got it on film...

When I was a motion picture camera asst. trainee ... we were doing a court room scene in Rockford Files. I knocked over a full pitcher of water into the lap of the make-believe Judge ... when I swung the Slate in as the camera started to roll.

I think my nick name might have also been, Mr. Smoothie after that.

Also as a Trainee ... I put the Slate back up in front of Clint Eastwood (Any Which Way But Loose) ... after the cameras cut for some reason. Fight scene in the quarry. Clint thought the cameras were still rolling and PUNCHED the slate out of my hands. I thought that was my last day ... but as soon as we cut, he apologized. Clint gets nervous doing dialog and also only likes to do one or two takes ... so he thought I was interrupting the process.

Oh my! I want to see the footage, especially if it caught the expression on Bill's face.

That reminds me of this card-carrying Cult of Steve Jobs disciple who I used to work with. I let it go but upon the 3,167th time hearing him correct someone, I had to question it.

"Isn't it just 'Jobs', not 'Joebs'? I've never heard it pronounced 'Joebs' before."
"Real insiders [to the Apple society] know how the truth."

I googled up a video of The Steve introducing himself with the common pronounciation and showed it to him. Oops.

You say "Joebs." I say "Jobs." Let's call the whole thing off. :|

I couldn't take the self-righteousness along with the 1-minute-google debunk-ability. I get internet myth emails (like the Oliver North/Al Gore/Osama Bin Laden one) from soem friends and they just can't stop to take two minutes to check Snopes.com. You'd think that after the 10th debunked myth, they'd start to check for themselves at least in the most public and well known places like Snopes.

Yeah, that's my wife's cousin and one of my brothers-in-law.

I don't have anything against MakeItUpapaedia, but another source is a good idea.
