was there a change to the reg. on rear wing width?

the 09 version seem rather anemic.

Do they get Traction control back??
That tiny rear wing compared to the front wing seems out of ratio!

Those rear wings look silly. Were they allowed to lower the front wing ground clearance? They all look lower now.

The steering wheels are ridiculous, more buttons and knobs than a 747.

Edit: Why do they practice or test on wets when it's dry out?

Yea I remember driving my 750 hp Mini Cooper s on that track in Forza 2. Looks just like it.
