Looks like Cerebus is going to give 35% of Chrysler to Fiat. Fiat will pay to convert an undisclosed number of Chrysler plants to Fiat car production for sale here. Option to take 55% of Chrysler.

I was using Chrysler in the generic parental sense.

Of course, by the time the SRT engineers get done with the USDM suspension specs, the ride height will be 2 feet higher.
