? For those Using 2.5" or 2.25" Springs
Do you use dust boots ... are there dust covers for those size springs? Where?

Also ... any recommendations on which manufacturer springs one should get ... and from where?
H&R, Ground Control, Swift, Hypercoil, etc.

You're trying too hard Mako....
Swift springs are different, and they are lighter. But the difference isn't the 40% they claim over the springs I'd use like Eibach ERS or Hypercoil. Not sure what springs they are comparing too. So, I didn't bother. They are certainly 40% more expensive.
Its more important than brand to figure out the height you need, the diameter, and the rate. Also things like whether you have so much droop travel that you need a tender to keep the spring seated. Or to help reach your droop potential.
I haven't met a car that cared whether their springs were painted red, blue, silver, yellow, or purple.

It is important to make sure the spring you purchase is the spring you get. If you can't test it yourself, I suggest Hypercoils because each one is tested and the actual rate is engraved on the flats. I have had springs from other manufacturers that were off by 25% or more from the rate printed on the coil.

Doesn't Ground Control sell Eibach? Regardless, any of those brands are good quality, highly touted, blah, blah, blah. Like Steve says, length and rate should be your primary concerns. Casey Brier ... I might want to borrow your spring tester after all!
Sounds like the Hypercoil "tested' ones might be the way to go. Michael Sullivan lent me one of his to test fit ... noticed the engraved weight. Michael says that one can sometimes buy slightly used springs ... cast off from pro team testing.
My issue is seeing whether I can "capture" the spring correctly/safely, etc ... using my oem Miata/Penske hardware ... without having to buy new hardware. Guy says I can make it work.
First test passed ... photos later
