After lunch run groups...

Post by Aaron McKinnon »

OK. This must be my dumbest question to date...

I've always run morning groups so I'm curious about the timing of the second set of run groups. Is there a rule of thumb on timing when to get to the event if you run "after lunch"? I have a wife and kids, so as most of you know every second counts. She's understanding, but...

Tech and Registration closes at 1, lunch is usually some time between 11 and 1 no telling but pre-registration is looking fairly active.

I usually aim to show up between 10:30 and 11 a.m.

same here. If I show up by 11:00 99% of the time I am still watching the last morning run group. this gives me time to unload.

but as Aaron said, there is no real way to tell. you just have to hope you get there soon enough t not miss the walk and such.
