Looks like the Nationals course designers are chosen and have their lot parcels:

What do you think of the size, 1100 x 700? Sounds pretty good I think.

I've liked the couple of Chris Cox courses I've driven on. Anybody know who the second designer is?

I want to say Karen Babb with co-designer Micheal Feldpush was in the running, but that may not have happen.

Baseline lot size that everyone is used to

Looks like they are going to have plenty of room for 2 big courses, all the paddock room anyone could use and maybe a practice course.

One of the big complaints with HTP was that one couldn't see the courses from the Grid. I hope they take that into consideration. There is sooo much room that things could get too spread out. :(

Thats right, I drive a 2008 Ford F-250 4x4 FX4 Powerstoke Diesel . It's gonna be all 50 ft. slaloms. As long as the differentials clear the cones I can do most of the course flat.

Figure out the proper offset so the cones clear the axle tube and not the diff carrier. Sounds like a plan.... Maybe I'll run the Cummins instead... F-Stock?

With a civic I should ask for a 9 cone 30ft slalom.... But driving Karen Babb's death by slalom last year one armed with no power steering didn't work out so hot...

I take my truck then to and just drive over the cones. With my lift and 33.5" tires i should be tall enough to clear them. :gpower:

Lifts really don't help on most 4x4's since the differential height is determined by the radius of the tires and that's usually the lowest thing.

And Chris and I both have a bunch more torque than your 360... :) }:) }:) }:) }:)

Puny. I had 38.5s in high school and even Stacey drove our old Cummins/5spd Dodge around on 33s. You've got girly tires.

They're not girly if you saw them. Plus if i went any bigger I wouldn't fit in the garage.

Your truck would still fit in my garage!
