What PAX for SST ?

Post by Mako Koiwai »

Another region is thinking of creating this class also ... 4 cars that don't have a national street tire class, prepped to STU rules ... and wants to know what the PAX should be?

I like Seb's .840 to .842 better. :D

Any change in thinking on the SST .845 Pax now that the season is under way?

Little late now doncha think? I figure we gave it a pax and we tried to make it close to what we thought it would be, but to check it we'd need a natioanl champion caliber driver in a car prepped to the max of the rules running in pax with all the other nationals cars and drivers. Other than that, I'd say look at it at the end of the year once we have more data.

In fact maybe I should jsut merge this in with that other thread since it's pretty much the exact same discussion.

The solo group in the Quebec, Canada area came up with .843 for their new STO, Street Touring Open category. They were appreciative of our thoughts going into SST.
