Our website is hangingdoorhardware.com
I found twistedcyclonecrimp.com that has copied our complete site
up on their server. I can not see that they changed any links or other information
I have contacted the address from whois but have not heard back.
Any idea what they would be doing or what I can do?

There's a phone number associated with the domain owner. You might call and ask why they' duplicated your site.

I finally got a hold of them
We both have the same hosting company and somehow when I was using FTP it was updating both domains

Imagine their surprise to find their own site mysteriously changed. Funny, but scary.Ron Horn wrote:I finally got a hold of them

Even better, imagine if they didn't have a backup to restore from.
