Unfortunately I am going to have to skip the Aug 8th MEGA-PRACTICE. I am disappointed, because I hear rumors of a large influx of new folks that I'd really like to meet }:)

I am going to Bonneville Speed Week with some co-workers, one of whom is involved with a team that runs a '32 Ford Coupe up to 154 MPH on a period-correct engine. We are going to get pit passes and hang out with gearheads of the 'fast in a straight line' type for the weekend.

Help in set up is always needed.

We are still waaay undersubscribed on this thing to do the 2 course format. As of Saturday, I had 37 envelopes. At this point, we are barely able to field 1 course. Please keep those cards and letters coming...

The entry list will be posted tonight or tomorrow morning. If you sent a check, and I have it, you're in.

That's dissappointing on the turnout so far. As one of the course designers, looks like I'll need a backup single course too.
