Historic BBQ after 08-23-09 event, etc...

Post by John Edwards »

Well, it was historic to see all of the Historic Class drivers come together for a BBQ after the event yesterday. Cal Woosley (Morgan) and his wife Wendy invited the whole group over to his house for some burgers & suds after we finished our run group. This was truely special to see a bunch of historic (aka: old farts) and a couple of younger farts get together for some R&R after an event.

This reminded me of last year in Topeka when all of the GP drives got together for dinner before we raced against each other the next day. Way cool!

Once again, Thank You Cal & Wendy!!!

You gotta have just the right blend of Sunnen MB-30 honing oil with a dash of 40 Wt. Castrol R and a few drops of soluable cutting oil!
