My car is still in SS....are you suggesting I buy an AS car?

My bad (I think). 98-04 911 (996) moves to AS. What about your car do I have wrong? The Porsche designations baffle me.

His car is a GT3, so it stays in SS - think of it like a Z06.

Your current classmate will be Tom Kenna, if he dusts off his RX-7tt. I think it will take a few months for the new AS to fill up, but I expect with the number of cool cars in there it should be a great class - just like the old AS.

I heard that the BoD passed all of this last week, It should show up in the next FT, but even then none of it kicks in till 1-1-10.

Ok, one last note and then I'll shut my pie hole. I guess the reason for my confusion is that when I look on Porsches website it lists cars as "911 GT3", "911 Carrera", " 911 Turbo", and so on. It seemed to me they are all 911's with a suffix such as "GT3" designating a trim line.

From their web site it looks like a GT3 is a 911... like a Z06 is a Corvette... but the key is what it says on the lines in the rules...
