Just heard on the radio that Tiger was issued a minor ticket for careless driving ($168 fine) and the police consider the case closed. Too bad the media won't consider it closed.

that's ok though, the media can't charge Elin with domestic violence and assault with deadly weapon, which, apparently they can do in FL without the spouse pressing charges.
