Enclosed storage

Post by Mike Simanyi »

Ladies and Gents,

An acquaintance of mine is leasing a 20,000 square foot hangar at Chino airport and has approximately 1/2 of it left for RV, boat, trailer, CAR or other storage at what is supposed to be a very reasonable rate.

If anyone's interested, let me know and I'll find out what the rate is. I'm thinking about it myself...

We could use something in South OC for a couple of cars.

Well, it's further out of the way than where I'm currently storing my tow rig in Irwindale, but if I could beat my current rent of $150.00/mo., I could be interested.

I'm pretty sure it works out to about 35 cents per square foot you're using. Add on a couple feet in width and length for "navigation" and it's still pretty inexpensive. Probably around $100 per month per trailer.

Bill, you have a lot of other benefits being at your location that won't be replaced by this spot. Food for thought.

Mike
What benefits are you talking about? The Hobby Shop (membership still available, folks!), or my rig storage in Irwindale? 'Cause the only "benefit" to Irwindale is that it's "only" 20mins. from the H.S. I think Chino airport is just about as far, but a little more out of the way from my house.

Ah, I forgot that you had to maintain offsite storage for your Perv Van. ;)

That's where he disposes of the ... uh ... evidence. Easy to bury.
