The stand-by list has been added.

If you are on the accepted list and cannot make the practice, please cancel as early as possible so we can fill the spot.

No shows will forfeit their entry fee.

Thanks for your help.

Interesting. That says a lot about those things.

Rick, when I try to register for the 1/10 event, it says that someone else is already registered as #88. Is it possible that the person who used to "own" the number still has it in AXWare or something? I've tried everything, including deleting everything and starting all over again.

That would be because some dude in NOV is signed up for number 88... Hold on and I'll fix that for you.

Edit: OK Kurt, It should work now.

Thanks Christine.

Working on this problem of non-members signing up with points card holder numbers. First step is to switch on unique numbering, but it only applies when someone actually tries to register. (If you didn't wait till the last minute Kurt...... ;) ) There is a "reserved" number list in Axware, but it doesn't work the way I thought.

The X-Run thing is fixed so now you can register your car with an "X" added to the number, since it shouldn't let you register the same number twice.

Having an event this early sucks, no time to work on updates and changes and test them out completely.

Hmm... Some random NOV is on the site with my car number (131). He's not registered for the event. He just has a car in the AXware garage under that #. It gave me some warning about this number being reserved, but I was still able to register with no problem. No harm no foul I guess. See ya guys in a few days. :D

Is there some trick to get the T for T/$ to show up in the Current Entries list?
I tried unregistering, deleting the car, creating a new one, and re-registering, but still no T (not that it matters as my chances of Trophying are like a snowballs chance in ...).

Oh, and BTW, I could register with the same number twice, 53 for SK1/SS and X/SS, but I deleted that and added the X to my number for the X/SS registration anyway.

Yeah, can't change mine to T either. Add that to the list of things to hit the programmer with. And still working on the duplicate numbers stuff.

Click on 'My Registrations' on the left menu.
Next to your registered vehicle, you'll see a pencil button to the left of the red button.
Click on the pencil button.
In the field next to "T/$", type in 'T' (without the quotes).
Click on the Save button at the bottom.

If that doesn't work, then I don't know.

Thanks, that worked (so it does not pick it up from the T in the garage where I had set it already and you have to do this each time you register)

Ok Heads up everyone, Due to one of the groups in the morning being VERY light on workers we're going to combine the Morning groups for Sunday's Championship.

RUN GROUP 1
PAX, PAXL, BS, SM, ST, DSP

RUN GROUP 2
SK1, SSM, HIST, STS, CSP, ES, DS

When you aren't running you are working.

Figured it was better to do it now than try and announce it on sunday. Sorry to ST and DSP I know getting moved to the first group sucks, but everyone jumping ship on ST is what made the work group super light.

The afternoon looks like it might work out ok as of right now, so we're gunna wait and see. There will be an announcement at Lunch if we're going to move the afternoon groups around.

Are we getting less pre-registration because of the software issues. I know we're holding off. I'm running SS and Karen probably PAXL
