Rotating Tires

I guess I could rotate them side to side. It's too late now, the shoulder of the front passenger tire is showing the metal wires. Oh well, at least I can now get a set of Star Specs and lose those run-flats. :D

I understand that one should NOT switch from side to side; front to back, no problem, but not left to right, right to left.

Today, there is only one part number for each size tire and experience has shown that Ecsta V710 tires can be installed on either side of the car, run at any wheel position, and are not required to be run directionally.
Further ... The Tire Rack did rain tests with directional tires and found the AX lap times to be negligibly different

While tires might, some people have rims that shouldn't be moved from side to side. (Air flow for brakes with Fin styled rims like my Integra). Yes one could have them dismounted and re-mounted, but that brings up its own can of worms.

What I'm talking about are tires that have been run, not new tires. And btw, Hoosier recommends that for the first mount, before you flip them, you should have the build code/date facing out.

Your Integra had asymmetrical wheels?

Many Honda products from the late 80's early 90's have Left and Right sided rims.

The ones in the avatar are not the stock rims.
