Got registered for Sunday, however the system wants to show me as a non-member. I have a current SCCA membership, and a Cal Club points card. My name on the registration is Arthur Grant, for my SCCA membership it's Arthur George Grant. AXWare doesn't provide for the middle name. Not sure what could be causing the disconnect. Any suggestions?

Where exactly is it showing you as a non-member? Everywhere I look as an Admin, it indicates you are a member.

Note to all competitors:

I am looking for several people who would like to work tech on Sunday as their work assignment. I need 4 people for the first run group and 2 people for each of the second and third run groups.

I also need 2 people to work during the lunch break and until 1 pm. This might not count as your work assignment.

You can post here or PM me directly. I will take first come, first served.

Thanks,

John

I can work the 3rd group, and at least part of lunch (need to do a course walk at lunch.)

I don't run until the afternoon, but will come down early. 3rd group would probably start around 10:30am?

You understand right, that practice days don't have a class based run order?

I do now that it has been clarified, but I believe I've been to practices previously where that rule didn't apply. As far as I've seen, every practice is different based on the club putting the even on.

Also, I may be switching from a FWD in STU to a RWD in SSM. Do I need to adjust my registration prior to the event?
Yes.
Haha, confusion. Which question are you answering Rick?

1. No. The run order for Sat is not the same as Sunday. You will be picking a run group color for Sat when you check in at registration and that will determine when you work and run.

2. Yes, go into the autoxware registration site and update your Sunday entry to the correct car and class asap. Helps us with getting an Idea as to how many people we will have in each run group.

Christine,

thanks, you hit the nail on the head, the answer of "Yes" was a bit confusing!

That would be absolutely correct. Yeah, I know, not the most efficient way and very confusing.

I've never been to an SCCA practice done by car classification though like a Sunday. Normally you just get assigned to a run group morning of first come first pick. Of course, number of groups and way of doing things change constantly for practices.

I won't know what time each group will start until the work/run group is called on Sunday. When you sign up for your work group at registration on Sunday, tell the person at registration that you are working tech as your work assignment. Then come over to tech when your work group is called.

EVERYONE:

I still need 4 tech workers from 7am until the first work group is called.
I need 2 more workers for the 1st work group (Michael).
I need 2 workers for the second work group.
I have enough for the third work group (Steve & Brent).
I have enough for lunch (Michael & Jonathon)
I need 1 more for after lunch until 1 pm (Jonathon).

Please respond quickly, the event is 3 days away.
Thanks,
John

My car is broken and it doesn't look like it'll get fixed for this weekend. If I have to opt out, who needs to know and when?

Is the championship event on Sunday full? I do not see the register button where it would normally be on axware.

I just checked and it's there. Maybe your time zone is not set correctly in AXWare. If it's wrong it can think you are past the entry deadline (Friday at 10pm). There is no entry limit.

I agree with Rick, at first my register button wasn't showing up but then I went into My Settings and changed my time zone from GMT to GMT -8 hrs and now the register button shows.

Thanks Mark, yes I can use you on Sunday at 7 am. When you register, tell the worker coordinator that you are working tech and then come to tech as soon as you can. I can show you what you need to know to work in tech.
