Courtney Mouratoff wrote:Hey George, the plan till about an hour ago was to come up to the event and have both kids run the kidlet kart course and me have fun in the miata. Unfortunately, Vasili's shoulder surgery on Wednesday was the trifecta - torn labrum, torn rotater and a bone spur to remove. Despite Vasilis saying he will be okay at home alone, the kids and I cannot leave totally him side ways on his own, so we are not going to make it tomorrow. We registered and sent a check for 2 drivers' sharing one car.

Sincerely,

Courtney
Thanks for the heads up.

Since I am near the bottom of the standby list I'd rather sleep in (until my daughter wakes me up at 6am).

Will I be charged if I am a no-show, even though it is unlikely I will be able to race?

No one on the standby list will have their check cashed unless they show up tomorrow and make it into the practice. If you're close by and want to get in, I wouldn't assume you won't get in based on your position on the list. It's possible you might be the only one who takes a chance on trying to get in.

Karen and Mako, you are now in automatically if you show up. I haven't put you on the guest list yet, but you are in.

Casey and Jason, you're in for a at least a shared entry if you come.
