May 1st Practice

Post by Arthur Grant »

Ok, I have registered for the 2 May championship, and would like to run the 1 May practice. When it says pre-registration not available does the mean just show up and enter or wait more info to come later?

Thanks

Practices are selective based on the hosting club, thus you must wait for more info to come later. And even then it's not guaranteed you get into the practice as each club has the right to set the rules of eligibility to get into the practice. In this case it's Team BLEW hosting, so stay tuned.

We, Team Blew are "working on it," with some distraction from the National Events.

Thanks team. Being new am trying to get all the practice runs I can. However would like to avoid the scenario I had before the last El Toro run where I signed up early but being new was held off the list until Friday night. I train German Shepherds and have to notify the school on Thursday afternoon if we are going to be there. Need enough people to cover the cost of the decoy and supervisor. As a result after not being on the list Thursday morning, signed up to work the dogs and missed that I was added to the list on Friday. Would have liked the runs.

Realize this is my problem, but trying to make it all work. Will watch for news. Hoping to get my cars former owner to come out for a practice now that his kids are grown. He hasn't raced in about 13 years, but apparently from what the Gulstrand people tell me he was fairly good. His name is Colin Coleman if that means anything to anyone outside of GRA.
