House is a 1100 square foot single story from the 60's.

4 beer taps (though not all are always on)
Front courtyard with fire pit

Gas MIG, Compressor, etc in the Garage.
Just a mile and half from the beach
Preference is no pets, no hoarders or folks with OCD. ;)
Nerds and geeks are a +
Big plus if you are into Craft Beer and Cars.
House is around the intersection of Beach and Adams in Huntington Beach.
