The following items are not permitted at this NASA/JPL Event: weapons, explosives, incendiary devices, dangerous instruments, alcohol, illegal drugs, pets, segways, and all types of skates including skateboards. No bags, backpacks or ice chests are allowed, with the exception of small purses and diaper bags.

I read the website states the above are not allowed but what about cameras?

i'm actually never heard of a max length restriction before, usually it's just "no camera with detachable lenses".

I am thinking of coming to this on Saturday since I will be at Leno's* in the morning and it is close by. Can anyone tell me how long it will take (understand I have ADHD and don't dawdle) to check this out. An hour?

There will by carnival style food vendors. Going early is best. You can see a lot in an hour, but you won't get through everything. Many of the exhibits have non-trivial lines once things get crowded.
