I have had issues when I edit the car in my garage, the information doesn't always show up on the entry.

For shirt sizes and other information that's not showing up right, go to "my registrations" and edit your entry there. That seems to do the trick. ;)

Sorry about the software problems. :(

George,

Your address is still showing up when you print, from the registration site, the mail in paperwork. My paperwork should show up in your mail today. I sent it before the "send to" was listed in the thread.

Thanks David. I was wondering why I got a check yesterday at home.

Once you register a car, it is no longer tied to the car in your garage, you have to edit the registration entry, not the car in the garage. Editing the car in the garage will show up on future entries.

You made it way too complicated. You just have to edit the registered entry. The system does not credit back. An Admin can re-activate your entry.

One Week left to sign up before the price goes up!

Don't forget, it counts as 2 local events!

I seem to have confused the AXware registration system, and/or it confused me.

1) Logged in as Ellen.
2) started registration
3) created a car (42bs)
4) registered the car
5) switched to "register linked driver" tab
6) realized that I need to create car 142 for John.
7) logged out, logged in as John
8) started registration
9) created a car (142bs)
10) registered the car
11) switched to "register linked driver" tab.
12) form says "driver is registered 1 of 1 times".
13) note that in the price tally, two registrations for the Divisional are shown ($80 each) and two registrations for a February event are shown ($30 each) for a total of $220.
14) What the hell, click "Check out".
15) Check out screen shows $80 for me, $80 for Ellen, total of $160.
16) pay via Paypal, $160, received receipt for $160 from Paypal.

Current status: in my account, I am shown as registered and processed. In Ellen's account, she is shown as incomplete. I am in the entry list, she is not.

ALSO: some data does not get transferred to the registration from the car. The $/T field and Tire Brand field are both left blank in the registration entry.

Why #11? You already registered Ellen.

It seems to prefer you pay individually for some reason. Working on this. Ellen activated. Checking your reg, nothing in the T/$ field. Just had the edit the entry to fix that. Now you need to edit both entries to include your shirt size.

When you edit, there is a box for status. Mine had an "i" in it. I deleted it and my entry finally showed up in the list.

It should probably be a "P" for processed. Which is what most of them are. Talked to the programmer and he indicated the ones that are blank in that column on the Admin view of the registration list, were probably registered before we switched to forced payment.

Is there a contingency form to fill out for the Divisional?

For Kuhmo and Hoosier, payouts and rules are identical to the nation tour and can be viewed along with the Bridgestone and Toyo requirements on the SCCA website under solo contingencies. Scroll to the appropriate section.

Why #11? You already registered Ellen.[/quote]I did #11 because I still don't expect the software to have her registered if I did not complete the process (by either paying or by having the pay-in-person letter sent). It also doesn't hurt to check when the software is so flaky about what it remembers (a registration from a February event) and what it doesn't ($/T, tire brand, and apparently T-shirt size).
It seems to prefer you pay individually for some reason. Working on this. Ellen activated. Checking your reg, nothing in the T/$ field. Just had the edit the entry to fix that. Now you need to edit both entries to include your shirt size.
That's exactly the other bug I mentioned! I actually filled out the t/$ field TWICE for each of us. Once when I created the car, then a second time after I registered the car and saw that the T/$ field was blank, I edited the entry before going to pay. I also remember entering the T-shirt size info.

I'll go edit the entries and add anything that has gone missing.

Sorry about the misc problems with the Axware registration. Your patience is appreciated.

There is a bright side. As of this morning, we have 139 registered entrants who have been able to navigate Axware and get their entry in. This is the final week to enter, so be sure and get your entries in before the June 18.

Unlike the Nationals and the National Tour, we will be allowing local classes to compete to get a taste of a national style event. You will also be elegible for cash prizes subject to minimum class size per the supp regs.

I your having trouble registering of have any questions regarding the event, post your questions here and they will be answered promptly.

Thanks everyone.
