Imagine how many bets this guy won in the newsroom that he could slip this headline by the editors:

100 Best Movie Insults. This has some hilarious ones in it. Decidedly NSFW, though.

Bacon martini: a disgustingly fine way to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of this thread's birth. :thumbup:

i think this is why lawyers thrive, when stuff like this even makes it to court

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20100726/us_ ... s_ruling_1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

denied the Chipotle experience? wtf.

the sales counter is 34" and ADA compliant. I deal with this every f'n day. can you imagine having to prepare food on a display counter that's 34" high? talk about lower back pain.

i wonder if this means every wheel chair bound person's going to file suit against subway now, who is equally non-compliant as interpreted by this panel of judges.

I hate that our legal system allows, and even encourages this kind of crap. An originally positive attempt to accomodate disabled people becomes a blatant abuse that ends up screwing everyone in the long run.

You guys are just meanines :)

On a similar note, I'm curious as to why it appears that handicapable people seems to get more rights than midgets? I like midgets and I'm shocked that no one is fighting on their behalf.

I was telling Will today on the way to Zuma that it is absolutely not fair that as a person of normal means I am unable to experience the Vegas penthouse full of high-priced escorts that Tiger frequents with his $600 million fortune.

I gotta find an attorney.
