Ok.... so on the register list Pax is running in the 5 group.
and on the run order list, Pax is running in 1 group.
We get to run twice?

Overall experience was about the same as with the other system. I would have prefered to use Paypal. Look forward to the event.

Re: July 17th-18th PSCC Practice/Championship
Patience, grasshopper. This is just a trial run. While it may be easier for users and look nicer than AXWare ORM, there are some significant compatibility issues with how we do things that are not issues with AXWare ORM and AXWare Timing. I'm currently facing doing a bunch of manual editing of the download file.Mako Koiwai wrote:registered fast and painless ... would like a PayPal pay option ....
Do we need to change the two links on the old websites calendar/flyer ?

Is there a list of those who have been accepted for the 17th practice?

Reg worked great for me.

Both systems work equally well for me. Go with whichever reduces your workload.

Re: July 17th-18th PSCC Practice/Championship
I am registered for Sunday! This will be my first time down there. I cannot wait to see how it's done in other regions. I will be there on Saturday as well. Hubby and I are staying at the La Quinta. Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!!

Sue, La Quinta is right at the entrance to El Toro. If you want something less expensive and a little nicer, you can usually use Priceline Name Your Own Price to get a 3.5* place for $40 or so a night in the Costa Mesa or Irvine area. It would require a 10 minute drive to the hotel. But the La Quinta is quite adequate and you can't get any closer. Most La Quinta's also include breakfast.jack stoddard wrote:I am registered for Sunday! This will be my first time down there. I cannot wait to see how it's done in other regions. Sue, if you go to the attached link to the Divisional topic, there is an attached map of the amenities and services that are close to the El Toro site. Hope this helps with your planning.

Re: July 17th-18th PSCC Practice/Championship
Speaking of mis-registrations -
I see a CST entry in SK1 and some guy (Arthur Grant) who's been running Novice class all year who is competing for those Novice points in open BSP.

Re: July 17th-18th PSCC Practice/Championship
I know it's different than the other system, but not sure why people are not getting the PAXed classes right. You should see two drop downs to pick a class, the first is your regular or base class, the second is the PAXed or index class if you run in one (SK1, SK2, HIST, PAX, NOV, CPM, TO and corresponding ladies).Leonard Cachola wrote:Speaking of mis-registrations -

Re: July 17th-18th PSCC Practice/Championship
I believe he's a friend of my nephew. I've already told my nephew to change it (which he did for himself), but I guess his friend hasn't changed it yet. They're both new to autox, and I'll be helping them out. Since they run 3rd, which will be my normal work group, I'd like to request to work 1st group, so I can help them out. Is this ok?Leonard Cachola wrote:I see a CST entry in SK1 and some guy (Arthur Grant) who's been running Novice class all year who is competing for those Novice points in open BSP.

Re: July 17th-18th PSCC Practice/Championship
I think you'll have to ask the Chief of Workers and the Event Chair to see if it's OK, but I don't think it'll be a problem as long as there are enough workers in the work group you are switching from (But don't take my word for it since I won't be there!). Don't know if you'll have to ask anyone else since you'll still be running in the same group as normal. Lily will be in charge of wrangling novices this Sunday, so you might want to coordinate with her if you or your friends have any specific concerns. Someone else want to chime in?Vincent Wong wrote:They're both new to autox, and I'll be helping them out.
