E-Board Event Course Set-up

Post by Christine Grice »

I'm looking for some volunteers to help set-up course.

It looks like we will be able to set-up on Friday, but we are not certain what time we can start. I would guess 3pm at the earliest but it may be closer to 5 pm. I'll keep everyone updated on that.

Thanks!

I got a big fat nothing to do this week, and if that continues, I'll be there. Let us know when.

Hey Christine!

I was wondering if there was going to be a "special" area set aside for "testing" that includes a skid pad and slalom(s)?

If we have space (I think we do) and a volunteer to set it up, yes.

To whomever is setting up the Skid Pad, remember it needs to be at least 150' across. The runways are about 250' across. If possible set it up so that there is room for folks to do "runs" towards the circle ... to simulate corner entry and exit. I wish I could be there to help ... picking up the Vette this afternoon.

Sorry, going to have to bail. Woke up this morning and my foot injury is inflamed and I'm having trouble walking.
