Congrats to Marshall

Post by Tom Berry »

For 2 things:
- His first ever " Top of the Pax"
- For kicking my butt! ( on his first run no less )
So not only is he a master at car set up... but I guess he can drive too.
Great event, Great course, Great weather etc.

Your new title is: Grand Marshall. Way to go!
Now Tom, you have to beat him next time. Can't let the kid get too cocky. :D

"Next time" should be interesting as that would be Nationals (or the Pro Finale). The live feed will be watched intently by those of us remaining here.

Congrats Marshall!

Just curious Tom, did you move any cones out of the box after the finish? I saw the course worker running and fixing cones but since I was at the big slalom, it was hard to see how far they were moved.

Get your eyes checked Wong. I was that course worker!
I got a good workout cone-checking the many cars that blew that finish-- ask all of station 4 or the motorhome CCDCDCTS-V crew.

There was a large build up of tire marks and debris. On the run in question, the Mid Atlantic Motorsports Berry Family Racing Evo left two large tire tracks leading off course. The tracks were surrounded by debris and bounded by cones. No penalty was assessed.
