Forum access issue...

Post by Q V »

I remember this has happened in the past to me, and I'm not sure what the final solution / original cause was.

In any case, today, when I access "http://forums.solo2.com/" from home, I get the network solutions page. Every other site works fine. At least one other person experienced this issue today (Stanley w/ the miata who informed me of this issue earlier this morning). I'm still experiencing this issue from home as I write this.

However, I can access the site just fine from work.

Also, I found that the work around for now is for me to just type in "http://www.forums.solo2.com/" and everything is peachy again.

Not sure if there's anything our great solo2 web guru's can do behind the scenes to help alleviate the issues, but I thought I would bring it up since it seems to be affecting at least 2 people.

QV

edit: and for some reason, the main site only works as "http://solo2.com/" but will redirect to the network solutions page when I type in "http://www.solo2.com/". peculiar!

Our registration with Network Solutions had expired today but it's now up and running.
