We have the ability to set your permanent number in Solo2.MotorsportReg.com. However, this can only be done once you have created an account on the site. All numbers, except 600-699, are reserved so that non-points card holders can not pick someone's permanent number when registering for an event. So when you register for an event for the first time you will not be able to select your permanent number. After creating an MSR account, you will need to email or PM me to set your permanent number for you.

NOTE: I'm in the process of updating those with permanent numbers on MSR that have changed to a new number this year. If you try to register and only can choose last year's number, let me know and I'll fix it ASAP.

Rick:
Is there anyway, I can have access to MSR so that when I update points cards that are renewals with change in Solo2.com, then I go do the same thing in MSR? Or does the user have to create an MSR account?

As I said, can only assign a permanent number to an existing account. But we can give you access to edit the permanent number list for changes or new ones. I'll email you instructions.Giovanni Jaramillo wrote:Rick:

In an effort to minimize emails to you Rick, if we already have an account on MSR and see a line similar to the following under "Reserved Numbers" on the account page, does that mean there is no need to email/PM you?

You only need to email me if you don't already have a MSR account. Everybody that had an account, had their perm number already set. Only need to email if you don't currently have an account and are now making one, or you changed numbers from last year and you still see last year's number.
