Hi folks.
We need a couple of additional people to step-up for this event. All of the chief positions are filled, but I still need the following:
**SS: ____________
Approve practice and championship courses and insure a safe and sane event. Will take the first run of the day with the event chair on Saturday for final approval of the course and will also accompany a designated driver on a pre-run on Saturday at the conclusion of the course reset to approve Sunday's course.
**Chief of Waivers: Arthur Grant +2 exemptions
Provide gate coverage 6:00 - 9:00 AM both days and at lunch. Make sure gate personnel are properly trained. Provide required waiver copies to AAA Speedway. You will have your choice of 2 assistants. This qualifies as the work assignment for both you and your assistants.
You must be a licensed safety steward to accept the SS position. Anyone with organizational skills and a willingness to learn something new can volunteer for Waiver Chief. Both come with a guaranteed and discounted entry into the practice, although the SS will have to arrange for coverage while running.
Once these are filled, we'll open the event for entries.

Re: February 12-13 E-board Event
George now that I am trained if Curt doesn't want the gate I can take it both days. That of course assumes I get in the practice, otherwise I am willing to volunteer as a worker but don't really want to go the whole day without getting some runs in.
Thanks
