Upgrading to a family membership

Post by Jayson Woodruff »

Got my individual membership renewal. It's time to go super sized. But how do I exercise that option? THere's no place to change to family, and everything online keeps telling me to login, which takes me to a digital version of my individaul renewal with no other options?

Ideas?

Make a phone call, you'll be done in minutes. Orders of magnitude easier than trying to figure out anything SCCA website-related.

FYI, because of regional-dues costs (that don't go to Solo), I switched my region of record to San Diego when I went family.

+1 it can really only be done correctly by phone. Been there, done that, learned the lesson.

The new definition of "family" has made for a strange situation. Joey and I, although we live together and really are a family, don't qualify as a family. But in the name of political correctness, any two non-related people can call themselves a family and qualify. That can be man-woman, man-man, woman-woman. But father-son is out. If the SCCA sees fit to give family discounts, it would be nice to see this rectified to be fair for all "families".
