Is there a Real Estate Lawyer here?

Post by Morgan Trotter »

I have a couple questions. Willing to pay a retainer if needed. I just want someone I can trust... you know how lawyers are.

I used this guy for a consult on a deal I just closed. He's old school and an investor himself. I liked him, although Long Beach might be a bit far for you.

Thanks. If I can't find anyone closer... long beach isn't too far.

My friend is even farther away from you. She's in Sherman Oaks. Even though I'm an attorney and my wife is an attorney, I use a good friend, Hillary, for my real estate and estate planning stuff and she's fantastic.
