Rules for Nellis Event-if you are interested

Post by jack stoddard »

Please email me if you have questions-jscb@cox.net.

Guidelines to the Nellis event!!!!!!!!

Active military personnel and those that have base access do not need to pre-register for this event. We will see you at the event.

There are two, I said, 2 pre-registrations for this event and is mandatory. One on MotorSportReg and one by email. Everyone who is entering the event as a driver must pre-register here http://www.motorsportreg.com/index.cfm/ ... E1F5D657D1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and must email me at solochair@lvrscca.org. Spectators must email me too. In the email you must give me your full first and last name with your birthday. This will be given to Nellis for their background check. Deadline to get on the entry lists will be April 24 at 11:59 pm. Event entries are limited to the first 125 people. Spectators are unlimited.

Please understand, all drivers and spectators, that access to Nellis AFB is not guaranteed pending background check. ALL guests must be on EAL or will not be allowed on Nellis AFB unless they find a sponsor. In past events we have signed personnel onto Nellis AFB day of event but this will not be the case for this event.

Remember we are guests of Nellis for this event. We must follow all of their rules. Their rules are:

Please be aware that all vehicles and personnel are subject to search at anytime while entering or on Nellis AFB. No drugs, weapons, or alcohol will be allowed at the event or on base. All vehicles / trailers being driven /towed onto Nellis AFB need to be properly insured and registered with proof. As well as a valid driver's license. Speeding or reckless driving on base will result in immediate escort from Nellis AFB.

From lv forum:

...and if you thinking of the nellis event (info in different thread) only the tow vehicle and trailer need to be registered and insured.
