Yeah, I know, the folks at CASOC must eat all the time. Food is all they think about. Well here's more.
We've arranged for the good folks at A & V Catering to bring their catering truck out for AUTOX Sunday. They'll be there early serving breakfast and lunch. I hear their food is TERRIFIC and the prices reasonable!
So please come hungry and stop by and say hi to Nery, the owner operator, and give his food a try.

Awesome! Any way they might be asked to have some kind of fish on board? Asking for vegan is too tough, and I know in my case and others, fish is a popular choice.

This has gotten Karen and I to want to actually drop by this event! Well that, and seeing Reijo, and everyone else. (Darn work means I'm going to miss the third Miata Challenge event in a row! )

You mean a little food and a little canuck is all it took to get you back. The food I can arrange. Getting Reijo back on a regular basis..........not so easy.
Glad you'll be stopping by.

In the strip mall with the Carls down Sand Canyon (towards the 405) there is a nice little family owner taco shop. Next to the La Quinta is TiaJuanna's Restaurant (LOUD! Live Music), I love their 9 hard (fried) beef taco platter (good for sharing).

The Mexican place on Sand Canyon is called Taco Factory - they have a few stores around - their carne asada burritos are VERY good.
Also, there's a Farmer's market at the Great Park on Sundays now. Along with the produce stands, there are several great food trucks at the farmer's market: http://www.ocgp.org/visit/farmers-market/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Personally, I'm looking forward to supporting the food truck, as it is so much more convenient having it on site.
I had one come out to a PSCC event at El Toro a few years back, but she didn't feel she made enough to justify coming back...

Ditto!
I was just wondering if the truck was gonna have any Mexican food?
Because I might need a little extra propulsion around the course being its a stock Miata. LOL!
