Volunteers needed for course setup, Fri the 22nd.

Post by Mark DeShon »

You read the title. Any helpers we can get for course setup this coming Friday will be greatly appreciated. I would like to start around 4 pm, but I'm waiting to hear from Mike Simanyi as to whether that time will be feasible. If you can only come later, we'll still find a job for you. ;) Regardless, Friday late afternoon or evening sometime. Come one. Come all. Thank you.

No$ members in the area - you're Tier 1 as the hosts this weekend. Don't leave your brother hangin'!

I can help on Friday. When possible, firm up the time.

I'll likely come out to set up timing and the PA.

Thanks everybody for volunteering. I think six people should be plenty, but all are welcome. I'm still working on firming up the time, but I'll let you know as soon as I know. Thanks again for all the support.

Okay everyone. I'm going to try to be there between 4 and 4:30 to start setting up. Whatever time people can get there is okay, but best for me is if people showed up around 4:30. Thanks again, helpers. If we get the thing all done Friday night, I'm buyin' dinner. :D

Is the practice course going to be clockwise or counter clockwise? Just need to know which side to put the "good" tires on. Thanks
