Need Gate Workers for Aug 13-14 Event

Post by Kurt Rahn »

I need waiver/gate workers for the upcoming practice on Aug. 13 and Autocross Sunday on Aug 14. To work the practice, you must already be entered (e.g. no "I'll do it if I can come" action). Also, you must be an SCCA member (no weekend memberships). This is a great job for those who have physical problems that preclude them from chasing downed cones on course, as well as for those just too lazy. This will serve as your work assignment for the day. I will be working as well, particularly when it gets busy, so we can work out course walking, etc.

Available slots are as follows:

Saturday Practice
6:30-8 a.m.: Doug Kott
7-8:30 a.m.: Mark DeShon
7:30-flag drop: Michael Heinitz
Lunch: Jon Lugod

Autocross Sunday

6:30-8 a.m.: Michael Heinitz
7-8:30 a.m.: Arthur Grant
7:30-flag drop:
Lunch: Jon Lugod

Thanks for playing!

You've both got it. Slots are flying off the shelves, folks! Get 'em while they're hot!

I am in the second run group (BSP) so I think I can fill any slot that makes you happy.

Bump. Still need workers for the practice and one more for Sunday. This is a great way to do your work assignment, particularly for the practice as you don't have to work twice.
