As a gentle reminder, if you sign up for course set up, you need to hang around to help with the Sunday change over too.

I'll cut out of work to help setup, too.

That means that Tim Aing will be looking for Gate help to replace Mako & I if anyone is interested in getting out of their course work assignment ... :ibrightdea:
No, Mako -- you do NOT need to supercharge your new Miata! ...cuz now it's my turn to take it to the track :)
hmmmm... it is no longer "new" -- is it time to get faster?

Mako and Karen, we appreciate you willingness to come out today and help with course set-up, but I just wanted to confirm that it's NOT your intention to bail on Tim regarding the gate on Saturday morning as it's just the three of you. Everything for this practice is being pre-assigned. In order to get a work exemption for set-up, you'll need get the OK from both Henry and Tim. I couldn't tell from your post whether this was your intent or not. KJ will be working on assignments starting at noon today.

At the moment Karen and I are doing double duty ... course set-up and gate. If we can get someone to fill in for us at gate ... that would nice, but if not, we honor our commitment. Before we can have an event, we need a course ... so first things first. I essentially set up a course by myself once ... don't want anyone else to have to go through that.
