Checks sent for events

When are the checks sent in for events normally cashed?
The 2nd practice event I attended in January had the check cashed about a week before event as expected.
However, the checks mailed for the last two practice events (CASOC 02/25/12 & PSCC 03/17/12) do not seem to be cashed yet.
Wondering if that's normal.
