Did we figure out if we need El Toro waivers? At the last CSCC event we had El Toro waivers; at the ProSolo we didn't

I will be at some point heading down to El Toro to pick up the waiver box to get in order for the event. By then I'll know whether or not we will need them. So I'll be taking care of it.
